This classic lowcountry style home is nestled among 33 live oaks at the edge of a tidal marsh. A timeless Sullivans Island beach house as well as the fishing villages of Rockville and McClellanville were also inspiration for the design.

"We wanted our home to appear that it had always been here and the resort community had just built up around it. Utilizing the vernacular of the regional architecture, Chris created this timeless feel."
