Christopher Rose Architects since its inception has promoted sustainable and energy efficiency to it’s clients, so now we are putting our money our money where our mouths are by installing Photovoltaic Solar Panels on the roof of the office.   We will have 34 LG 320 Watt PV Panels the most efficient on the market at present.  These are being installed by Southern Current.  A company based here in Charleston, SC.  This system will generate 10.88 kW of power or 68 percent of our power requirements.  Berkley Electric will purchase all of the unused power so we will assist in off set high power demands.  Based on our past power bills the system will pay for itself in 8 years.
