Congratulations to Canton Construction for winning 2013 Prism Award for 323 Palm Warbler
We are very proud to have been the architectural firm to have worked with Bruce Canton of Canton Construction on the renovation of a 30 year old home on Kiawah. On Friday night November 8 the Charleston Home Builders Association awarded Canton Construction the Prism Award for renovation as the Best Remodeling project over $500,000. Jan Clouse of Carolina Lanterns and Lighting as awarded Best in Sales Space. All of the interior lighting for this project came from Carolina Lanterns.
Two families have owned the home together and have spend three decades of vacations and holidays in the home. We raised the home to current flood elevation and put in a new foundation. The interior floor plan was cleaned up a new kitchen built by Marshall Jessen and several baths were added. To fully appreciate the renovation you need to see the below and after photos below.
